Requests for access, correction or deletion

You may request notification of purposes, access to your information or third-party disclosure records, correction, deletion, suspension of use or third-party disclosure. Contact support[at]krnk.org (replace [at] with @). We verify identity as necessary and respond under applicable law. If we cannot act, for example because we cannot identify the records or must retain them by law, we explain why.

Access Analytics

We do not perform access analytics for forms.

Retention Period

If the form, submission confirmation or reply email states a retention period, that period applies. Otherwise there is no uniform automatic deletion deadline, but responses are retained only as needed for purposes such as processing submissions and inquiries. After a form closes, its responses are deleted unless a legitimate reason such as a legal obligation requires retention.

Revisions to This Policy

When this policy is revised to reflect changes in handling or other circumstances, we announce material changes and their application date on the official website or through other appropriate means. We obtain separate consent where required by law.

Security

We work to prevent leaks and misuse through appropriate safeguards, including limiting staff access, access controls and protecting communications. Our websites use HTTPS encryption. Encrypted communications do not mean that all stored information is encrypted or that recipients cannot use the information.

Service providers, disclosure and overseas processing

Where we outsource operations, providers handle only the information needed for the purpose and are appropriately supervised. We do not disclose personal data to third parties without consent except where permitted by law.

External services may process information outside Japan. Overseas transfers use required information disclosures, consent or safeguards under applicable law.

We use Google services to provide forms. Google may process submitted content and related information. See the Google Privacy Policy for Google’s own handling.
