KuronekoServer MCS Privacy Policy

KuronekoServer handles information obtained through the Minecraft server service “KuronekoServer MCS” (the “Service”) in accordance with this KuronekoServer MCS Privacy Policy (the “Policy”).

Information We May Collect

The Service may collect the following information.

1. Minecraft username, UUID, and other information necessary to identify an account
2. IP address, connection timestamps, and technical information about the connection source
3. Chat logs, command execution logs, and login/logout history
4. Gameplay status, possession data, build and protection data, and other in-game data generated on the server
5. Log information necessary for anti-abuse measures, anti-griefing measures, incident investigation, or support handling
6. Information voluntarily provided by Users through Discord, forms, or other contact channels

Purposes of Use

Collected information is used for the following purposes.

1. To provide the Service, verify identity, and manage accounts
2. To investigate and respond to abuse, griefing, cheating, incidents, and other problems
3. To maintain and improve the server, perform statistical analysis, adjust balance, and improve quality
4. To respond to inquiries, reports, appeals, and related communications from Users
5. To comply with applicable laws and guidelines

Retention Period

1. The Operations Team retains collected information for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of use.
2. Connection logs, gameplay logs, and report-handling records may be retained for longer when required for anti-abuse measures, incident investigations, or operational needs.
3. Backup data may remain for a certain period even after a deletion request is accepted.

Provision to Third Parties

The Operations Team will not provide personal information to third parties without the User’s consent, except in the following cases.

1. Where required by law
2. Where necessary to protect life, body, or property
3. Where necessary to respond to abuse, rights infringement, server attacks, or similar issues
4. Where disclosure is necessary to contractors, hosting providers, or external service providers involved in operation of the Service

Security Management

We work to prevent leaks and misuse through appropriate safeguards, including limiting staff access, access controls and protecting communications. Our websites use HTTPS encryption. Encrypted communications do not mean that all stored information is encrypted or that recipients cannot use the information.

Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion

You may request notification of purposes, access to your information or third-party disclosure records, correction, deletion, suspension of use or third-party disclosure. If we cannot act, for example because we cannot identify the records or must retain them by law, we explain why.

External Services

Use of the Service may involve Minecraft, Microsoft, Mojang, Discord, or other external services. For the handling of information by such services, please refer to the terms or privacy policies established by those providers.

Changes to This Policy

When this policy is revised to reflect changes in handling or other circumstances, we announce material changes and their application date on the official website or through other appropriate means. We obtain separate consent where required by law.
